3. Altar Servers

Altar Servers are the young people from 3rd grade and up who assist the priest with rituals during the celebration of the Eucharist.

We meet in the vestibule 15 minutes prior to Mass.

4. Minister of Hospitality/Ushers

Ushers provide a welcoming atmosphere for parishioners, guide seating, distribute materials and receive the collection.

We meet in the vestibule 30 minutes prior to Mass.

5. Music Ministry

Children and adults are welcome to join. We provide music for the weekend Masses and on special occasions.

We meet in the Church for rehearsal on Saturdays from 3-5 PM (Youth Choir) and on Fridays 7-9 PM (Adult Choir).

6. Contemporary Choir

We meet in the Church for rehearsal on Tuesdays from 8:15-9:15 PM.

We sing once a month at the 5:30 PM Mass on Sunday evening and for Holy Hour.

8. Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)

The purpose of the Adult Faith Formation RCIA program at St. Thomas Aquinas Church is to offer adults the opportunity to receive class instruction that helps them grow in their understanding of the Catholic way of Life by receiving the Sacraments of Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation.

Meeting dates and times are determined by the class group.

9. Jordan Ministry Infant Baptism Process

The Jordan Ministry prepares parent(s) to be ready for their child(ren)’s baptism.

We meet in the rectory on the last Wednesday of the month.

Youth Group

This group is open to the youth of the parish. The first objective is to learn about God, life pressures that an adolescent faces, and how God and the Church can help them. Other objectives are to become more involved in the parish and to offer opportunities for service to others, sporting events, movies and other social gatherings. Youth Ministry meets on the First, Third and Fifth Friday of the month in the Aquinas Center from 6:30-8:30pm.
